3. Go to a new screen by clicking on “Upload” button. Next, select the file you want to send to Google. From there, you will be able to select a document from your computer via the “Browse” button. Click the “Upload file” to add to the list of documents.
4. Press the “Continue” button and the document will appear. You can now work with files, the format you want, and add the information before saving again.
5. Turn off your popup blocker if you use it. Press the “New” to create a new word processing or spreadsheet documents. You’ll see a flashing button on the right that says “loading.” The name of this files by clicking “File” and choose how you want to save the document.
6. Access to the newly created document by selecting from the available files in the directory.
7. Allow others to view the document by selecting “Sharing” in the upper right corner of the screen when you have a document open. A screen will show on the left side that allows you to enter the email address of the person you want to be able to view or collaborate on your documents. You can also choose to check the box so anyone can view.
